“Very poor my doctor in the uk 🇬🇧 said uve taken to many hairs from the back for the transplantation. Not happy because u have caused more pain and damage then u needed to. This is why before I payed for processing I asked for the best and most experienced surgeon. I can see why it's was cheap and I didn't appreciate the way a woman speak to man in the surgery. Just because ur speaking different language doesn't mean people don't know what goin on.”

Hi Luke, We are sorry for the language barrier with one of the nurses in the operation room. Although our doctors and your Customer Experience Specialist all speak English very well, our nurses do not yet. We understand the inconvenience. Although our main concern is the quality of their performance, it is our short-term goal to work only with nurses who speak English. You had a 3,100 graft FUE Hair Transplantation on November 20th, 2017. The medical specialist determined the maximum number of grafts that can be used for the hair transplantation. In that decision the condition of your hair in the donor area, the amount of hair follicles that can be used for transplantation without disturbing the donor area and the amount of grafts needed to cover the receding parts on your head, are all taken into account. FUE Hair Transplantation is a medical procedure that can be done and evaluated only by a doctor that has specialized in this field of medical care. You tell us your doctor in the UK has told you that we have taken too many hairs from the back of your head. We would be glad if you could give us the name and communication information of your doctor. Our doctor, Caglar Firat, would gladly like to hear from your doctor why he or she thinks too many hairs have been taken away from your donor area. After Dr Caglar has had contact with your doctor, we ask you to consult your doctor once again. We are confident that after having spoken to our medical specialist your doctor will reassure you the hair transplantation went well. MCAN Health has performed thousands of hair transplantations. As in all medical treatments, we cannot claim a 100% success in one go. However, we have a satisfaction guarantee. This means the treatment will be finished only when our patient is pleased with the result, taking into account the possibilities for hair transplantation of that patient, of course. You also mention in your review that hair transplant at MCAN is cheap. We woud say cheap in result no, cheap in price yes. “I went to Turkey for a hairtransplant, to lower my hairline. I travelled alone and felt pretty nervous about it, but it all went perfectly smooth. All transfers was taken care of, and the hotel was super nice. I felt safe the whole time, people we're nice too me, and the surgery went as expected. MCAN helth makes it easy for you, and they've responded quickly to any questions I've asked.”

“I would recommend using this practice. They’re good at making the whole precess as easy as possible in the sense that you pay for a package and the whole thing is taken care of (transfers from airport to hotel and to and from the hospital). The cost is low and the people are friendly, nothing really bad to say about these people. The one and only downside I can think of is the lent of procedure which was somewhat exaggerated and took a lot longer than expected. Other than that all good”

“أحب أن أشارك الجميع بتجربتي مع MCAN HEALTH باسطنبول حيث قمت بإجراء عدد من العمليات (شد البطن و ازالة الدهون شد الفخذ و حقن المؤخرة ) بشهر اكتوبر 2017 و كانت تجربة رائعة جداً مع الطبيب جاهيد فورال و فريقه الطبي و النتائج إلى هذه اللحظة مرضية رغم أني مازلت في فترة الشهر الأول و رغم أني كنت متخوفة جدا من إجراء العملية و لكن بمساندة فريق MCAN قبل و بعد الجراحة حصلت على الدعم و الراحة الكافيين لم أكن أتوقع أن اشعر بالتحسن خلال الثلاث أيام الأولى و استطعت إمضاء فترة نقاهتي بالتجول باسطنبول و الاستمتاع بكل لحظة إلى أن غادرت إلى بلدي كما أشيد بإدارة و فريق MCAN حيث أنهم وفروا لي كل ما احتاج من مستلزمات و حجوزات و إقامة فتدقية جميلة و استفسارات و دعم في كل وقت و سارت الأمور على أحسن مايرام حتى ساعة مغادرتي و أخص بالشكر الجزيل الأخت و السيدة مروة و التي كانت معي من أول لحظة بدأت بالتفكير فيها بالعملية إلى لحظة وصولي إلى عيادة الطبيب و السيدة بيلقن لها كل الاحترام و الشكر حيث أكملت مسيرة السيدة مروة من لحظة وصولي عيادة الطبيب إلى لحظة مغادرتي لبلدي .... فعلاً كانت تجربة رائعة و ناجحة جداً و تعامل الجميع راقي و مميز و تم على أكمل وجه و أنصح من لديه رغبة في إجراء عملية تجميل أن لايتردد بالتواصل مع MCAN HEALTH و ستكون لي عودة قريبة بإذن الله”

“I came from the uk for an abdominoplasty,the transfer were good ,drivers were always on time,loved the hotel that I was in,the troya hotel,close to the shops,hospital was clean and procedure was done,I'm soo happy with the results,dr vural has done a better job than I could ever imagine,I'm so glad I came and had my treatment here,the team are amazing and always at the other end of the phone when you need them,already planning my next procedure with mcan,and I would highly recommend them”

“Happy with the service, everything planned and promised before travel was followed through. I can see instant results but cant comment any further at the minute until i heal and swelling goes down. I would happily use the service again with the only down side being the language barrier which can be overcome at times with the translator.”

“I love you and I'm telling all my friends how good you are. Dr. Vural did the best surgery, abdominoplasty and medial thigh lifts and I am healed. My waist measured 23.5 inches and hips 34.5 inches this morning. For the first time in years I look good in my clothes. What a wonderful confidence booster. “Very professional aproach from start to finish ,from pick up driver to last person. Costumer service very good and all doctors and nursing staff extremely polite and careful . Doctors explained what will be done and what to except as well as keep asking me if I’m ok every 5min. I would definitely reccomend MCAN clinic to all my friends and whoever has second thoughts please do not hesitate . Thank you very much and I can’t wait to see the results in 6 months.”

“Good service so far. Transfers from the airport to clinic, airport to the hotel have always been on time. The personnel was very kind, although it wouldn't hurt if they learned a bit of english. The procedure it self (fue) was straightforward, but I cannot pronounce my self with the result yet. I'll be back in a couple of months time with a more detailed review about the evolution.”

“Mcan health were exceptionally professional from the get go. I arrived at Istanbul airport with a lot of fear about my hair transplant however, I knew I was in safe hands from when I arrived at the clinic. If anyone is considering a hair transplant and was sceptical about it because of the pain then I recommend you have the procedure at mcan. The treatment was painless and even when the anaesthetic was applied it didn't hurt as much as I was told it would by people I.e friends etc. Everything is arranged for you from when you arrive at the airport with transfers and is very simple. If your hair affects your confidence like mine did, don't hesitate to book, you'll be ecstatic once it's over.”
