“Customer assistance is not dead at M*CARBO. I needed some parts for my Ruger LCP, no dash # 3701. Unsure of exactly what I needed, Chris emailed me with suggestions. Wow, who does that? Then, Crystal emailed me that my changes to the original order were made. She sent me my receipt along with the additional items that were chosen, too. Then she made sure all the parts shipped at the same time as I asked. Then, another email with tracking and the correct shipping method I preferred. Oh, did I mention the build? GREAT. “Ordered trigger spring kit for TC Venture. The spring kit worked great , it reduced the pull from 3lb7oz to 1lb10oz. The videos are the best, second to none.👍 As for service that's another story. I called at least 10 times never a response. Apparently they don't answer there phones just a recording. Also emailed at least that many times or more with only 2-3 responses. That being said I will probably order agin in the future. As I said there product are good and videos are great and very easy to follow. I just hope they work on there customer service a little or (alot) !!!!!”
