“Got my order wrong for a second time. Thought it was just a simple mistake, gave them the benefit of doubt, but not now. Staff extremely rude and not helpful at ALL, avoid this branch, worst I've ever experienced. At least McDonald's head office are aware of this branch, reputation has even reached them and got a real professional service from them. Such a shame.”
“Waited an hour and a half for delivery, they kept pushing time of arrival back and passed to numerous drivers. I called the store to enquire and was put on hold for ten minutes before I hung up as clear they were not coming back to the phone when hearing staff laughing and chatting. I called the delivery driver through Uber eats and tipped them to pick the food for us. When delivered it was minus I would say £40:00 pounds of food they only sent the leaking drinks. Will not be using again as this is the second time this has happened. Avoid unless you want to donate your money to McDonald’s!”
“I m regular customer with the kids but today really got angry when I got two happy meals for my kids with half glass of vanilla milkshake and really less than half with hot chocolate.just opened hot chocolate like this😓😠”
“They are clueless they got my simple order wrong, Aswell as this there portion of chips is externally embarrassing seems like there are running tight on chips”
“Tried to park in the only Disabled bay available at that time arrived but could not park as delivery scooters obstructing on either side making it difficult to get out of car and then causing me to hold up the on coming vehicles behind. I had to park elsewhere. Spoke to the female Manager on duty 19/12/20 around 14:00 and she said "Why did you not park in available Disabled bay. For the second time I repeated there was no other available bays. ????. My son waiting in the store then over-heard the Mgr return and announced "Something is wrong with that women, she could have parked in empty Disabled bay." The managr then proceeded to make a crucifix sign. ??? For the third time there was no other Disabled bay accept for the one blocked by bikes. Do your job and ensure that scooters do not obstruct and then do not to tell the whole world that there something wrong with a customer. Use the managerial skills you should have learnt through training. Crucifix, Christian???. I was so annoyed I had to place a glove over my face as I had dropped my face mask.”
