“purchased a server needed help with setting up a modded server the live chat does not have the resources to help with having someone readily available to help you ...also all they will tell you to do on the live chat is to make a ticket ...and the help ticket times are horrible days at a time for a response back when they have advertised on website rapid help ticket response time which i feel is false advertisement. just would have been nice to know before hand the honest truth about the wait times before purchasing a server....i would say buyer beware!!!!!! shop around!!!”
