They delivered 2 bosrds of MDF skirting. The skirting was not covering in anything and left outside in the rain on a day when we had a months rain in a day. UNREAL service, UNREAL packaging (none) I Have never experienced anythign like it.
The MDFis soaked through and total warped and unusable.
Please redeliver or refund!

Happy with product but feel I was over chargded on the fast delivery. Paid over £50 we ordered saturday & didnt arrive until thursday. Feel there was no need to pay the extra. Your website says 2 working days.
I brought this up with the customer services and they said the website was wrong but offered no refund only a credit on my next purchase.

They did not deliver what I ordered
1st time using them. I ordered window board with a 8mm rebate on the back edge. It arrived with no rebate. I had to argue to get a £20 refund which has still not been paid. Wouldn’t recommend

Customer service is great, placed my order via phone and it arrived 5 days later. Sadly it arrived damage, there products are shipped straight of the shelves with no protective packaging. This might be OK for others, but I wasn't happy with the scratches and chipped edges on mine. The gentleman I emailed arranged a collection of the window sill and I'll get my refund.
