Ordered items that are in store available and should be despatched since the order was made in June and till now I have not received the items. Wrote to MDS and they keep giving excuse like pending for custom clearance!!! I thought the items are in store available that is why I placed order. If I did not send email to check with them, they won’t bother to inform me or perhaps wishing that I have forgotten about my purchase. Totally disappointed with MDS!

I PREORDERED the Nadya Ruffled Jumpsuit on the 4th of February, paying upfront for it. The estimated date of arrival was somewhere in April. I received an email stating item will be dispatched on the 19th May. Alright, it was not urgent so I will just wait for it. However, no news, no email, no update. Waited awhile, and I emailed them. They replied and said again that item is in warehouse and will be dispatched soon. Nothing. I emailed the 2nd time for a follow up and I received this email (screenshot). Now, conveniently, they apologised and said I will be refunded, after waiting for 4 months. And even the refund is not immediate, another email stated that it will need 30 days to process. And it is PAYNOW. To think I paid upfront for so many months to receive nothing but a terrible service from @mdscollections . MDSCollections

Another delayed shipment for more than 1 month now, i shouldnt have subscribed in the first place. Very disappointed. Very bad business tactics tricking their consumers all the time!

I have encountered such a bad experience never before in my first order. When I received the booking confirmation email I noticed neither my mobile and home address is reflected, therefore I replied to their email immediately. What I got from them was unfortunately we are unable to help you to amend the booking details. Tried to call service hotline 68833636 which is a empty number, never get through. What a bad luck and bad customer service experience!

Totally beyond hope for MDS as they repeatedly lying and lying with all sort of excuses. I am a supporter of MDS who spent my salary about 40 % paying the higher tier subscription fee with 4 credits and on top of it every 2 weeks live I will buy using my money instead of the 4 credits. MDS did not deliver the items that I paid for and knowingly the items mostly preordered which will take some time to deliver so I placed in stock items. However MDS still failed to deliver the items to me and firstly making excuse that due to covid19, manufacturing by factory is affected and now they made another excuse replying me below.Constantly coming up with excuse that is unacceptable and what has got to do with covid everytime things cropped up. I have made overseas purchase from Zara and Mango which even from so far like Barcelona yet the orders have all received.Even local online blog shops, Backorder have all arrived and delivered. Why MDS has so much difficulties in delivering the order to customers. I tot the MDS founder has claimed will do all his best to improve and admitted that they are not doing a good job. So this is what the best he does that is excuse from covid and now extended quarantine period.Why there are no news about China extended quarantine period from news??? Earn so much money but don't want to employ customer service staffs. WORST customer service for such a so called well known brand. If you don't intend to provide good customer service support then please stop doing your business and make us your victims.. Our money is also hard earn money, not only yours! Have some sympathy please!!! I have bought one item from MDS live during the circuit breaker period, and they simply told the viewers that if the size was not suitable, you could simply exchange it in their outlet. I went to bugis outlet that time to do the pick-up and unfortunately the size was too big for me. I asked for an exchange but the staff informed me that the item I bought was only exclusive sold on live and they did not have that item in the shop. Hence I got no choice but to request for credit refund. I waited almost 2 months to get the credit.. I wanted to try using the credit I got to purchase other item but I did not know why I couldn't make any purchase. I tried a few times that I actually accidentally deleted my credit. I actually emailed their customer service wanted to get back the credit but no response. I tried to contact MDS via facebook message and was told to directly email their Customer Service. I told them I did but they just brushed it off by simply said that they need some time to response due to many emails they received. I sent a chaser email but as you already know, only ghosts will be reading our emails.. I messaged them a second time via facebook messenger, and they simply ignored my message by not responding. Even though i sent a few chaser emails after that, till now still did not received any news!! There goes my money down the drain.. Really a scam company! Put up a nice show infront but behind is such a sneaky company! Anyone wish to file to CASE can count me in..

DO NOT SHOP WITH MDS DO NOT SUBSCRIBE TO THEM Ordered an item that was “arriving soon”, but after the item was supposed to arrive, i was informed that the item would be delayed for more than two more months!!! Their sales tactic is to entice people to subscribe to them but the items ordered have yet to be seen. It’s been around 3 months since i subscribed to them but i have yet to receive any item at all. This is truly ridiculous - and i worry if i cancel my subscription right now, i would never see any of those items i ordered, and lose 3 months worth of subscription fees. Absolutely horrible way of doing business - don’t promise what can’t be delivered

Received their email saying that Purchase items are dispatched. Went to citylink to collect but store permanently Closed. I have no idea what happened to my purchases now! Why can’t they state in their email to customer that store at citylink has closed down and where to collect now or are they going to deliver! Very poor service. Dropped them an email and facebook pm and as usual it is going to take ages for them to reply.

Ordered in november but they said item was oversold they then gave me a credit voucher. I did not want the voucher because it took them a week to Let me know item is not available. So ok i said refund to card i dont want the voucher. But its end jan now and nothing is done. Such a simple refund back to credit card which they promised but cant deliver. So embarrassing. Just make customer wait and wait if so difficult then say so. Disappointing. Now i just have to let my bank investigate the transaction. Worse situation is i have to use the stupid voucher to buy whatever they have and thats the end of mds. Bought alot of stuffs from them but the customer service is pathetic

Order once and will never again. Return items 2 months ago and they replied my email 10 days later and can only refund at least 45 days later, even that no update still. Worse customer service i've ever encounter claiming that my email drop into SPAM email. Seriously, stop doing so many live stream selling when your backend can't support at all.

Told me 15 jan reach warehouse for my preorder. 2-3 days to dispatch. But it never comes. For weeks already it’s definitely a scam. When confronted, they block or delete you off. Never going to purchase again. Lousy.

I have been supporting MDS for the longest time ever, I have subscribed monthly. Was still supporting them after covid but I realised their back end / stocks etc was getting out of hand. Because items was delayed for such a long time. Status on their website is not accurate because we don’t even know what is arriving. Have given them months to see if things improved before I cancel my subscription. And yes I have officially unsubscribe to them.

Placed my order since October 2020 and clothes didnt even arrive. Says shipped in my order history many days ago, but guess what? It probably got 'shipped' to ghost town. Having said that, still can tell their viewers on live that they can wear their clothes this CNY. HAHAHA. Best joke I have heard so far in 2021. MDS seriously need to work on their customer service team because they can legit just block u and ignore u. Thats not the way u do business man, bro. Wake up your idea. Thanks.

Order was placed for pre-order item which is supposed to arrive in January 2021. Received MDS email that there is a delay and required more lead time which will be ready by 30 March 2021. What surprise me is this is not the first time they are handling such issues as either the ignore the preorder items placed till I keep asking for update or they just merely making up excuse that covid 19 and now knowing it does not work then come out with another strategy more production time is required. Do not be too happy if you receive their email whether you will be getting refund should you choose not to wait as they will not even process the refund at all. I am really tired of reporting their action to cases as I have placed lot of orders from them and those are preorder items. I have lost my trust completely in MDS yet I don’t understand why they still have 400 to 500 viewers watching on live every Wednesday and Sunday. Am I the only few who is considered the unlucky one to be cheated by them whereby goods paid not received or goods received with missing items? Hey ladies this is a Serious issue that they are actually cheating our money and with tactics $29.90 that really work to lure more customers like us into buying more and more when goods will never be delivered or received. Attached is their email strategy to fool me and rest of the unlucky customers.

BAD EXPERIENCE WITH THEM! My supposed June and September 2020 orders are still not here with delayed promises that shipment will arrive "soon" and then "November" and "have updated the team"! Best part is, I can see the same items that I have been waiting for hanging in their retail shops! I have been chasing them actively and it is always "Have escalated and forwarded to the team". WHAT TEAM?! Refused to cancel and refund my order. I even have thr subscription credits balance with them. Super regret! Anyone wanna compile for report can add me up! BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK!

MDS is obviously cheating customers as I have informed them that I have one missing skirt not received. All they asked me to do is to provide the invoice when it does not prove that the item has been missing since they have ticked all items delivered in their invoice. What is the purpose of me attaching the invoice to you whereby it does not constitute an evidence or proof that the item is not received. This is not the first time I have the experiences with them as either they ticked all or using correction tape to remove one item and yet they will keep insisting that all items have been delivered. Don’t buy their clothes as they cannot deliver the right customer service and the ethics of good paid and must be delivered. I have already lost lot of money buying their clothes and till now missing items or items not received especially for pre-ordered items back from early month of this year 2020.
