“Despite Royal Mail making every error possible where my parcel was concerned this company remained professional and ensured customer service was of utmost importance - something Royal Mail lack completely. Me and Buddy ensured that I was offered alternatives to suit my circumstances best. Communication from the business was fantastic throughout. The item arrived in beautiful packaging and I am very pleased with my item.”
