please see my email of complaint . steak although tasted great, wasn’t in one whole piece. it fell to bits in the pan which wasn’t the look i was hoping for and it was difficult to get it to cook perfectly due to its irregular size

The larger saucissons were nice but unfortunately we did not receive the one with nuts in. The two packs of thin sausages are so hard that for us they are almost inedible - we are afraid of breaking our teeth on them. Tried slicing them very thinly but not worth the effort. Disappointing.

The wrong products were delivered, then i had to plead with them to get the right products sent out. Rather than thinking of what the customer wanted they tried to convince me to keep the wrong products. I purchased just under £200 of products for customers and where i need a receipt or invoice to process through as expenses, i still haven't received one on after asking on five separate occasions. The product itself is overpriced, however, acceptable, the real issue is their customer service and lack of response to reasonable requests. I certainly will not be using them again.

Actually the box was battered and the ice bags completely defrosted and the package was warm. Despite the fact it was a day early. Put the beef straight in the freezer so can’t tell you about the meat! I’m keeping my fingers crossed!

I did not receive answers to emails towards Christmas and the delivery said December 19th. One packet arrived in 24th 9 which was OK and the other didn't arrive in time for Christmas. I know things are disrupted but everybody knew that. I sent parcels Christmas week (because I had to drop seeing people at the last minutes) by a courier which guaranteed arrival and it worked.

The meat (two lamb shanks) was great, but I was only notified that the delivery date would be missed at 7pm on the day the lamb shanks had been ordered for, after I sent a message to enquire about timings. Luckily I was able to make alternative arrangements.
