“After querying where my order was,, it eventually arrived.. well packaged. The chickens are good. A bit small but very tasty. The lamb was good. Nice and tender. The brisket however was not what I expected. There was no fat on it at all.,so cooking nice and slow on low heat was not good. I’m a cook, and was very disappointed. A bit pricey. But the quality was there except for the brisket.”

“The larger saucissons were nice but unfortunately we did not receive the one with nuts in. The two packs of thin sausages are so hard that for us they are almost inedible - we are afraid of breaking our teeth on them. Tried slicing them very thinly but not worth the effort. Disappointing.”
