That took twenty minutes only for the computer to tell me that "she" couldn't help me and sent me to a human named "Ivy". Ivy was very good. We had a bit of a language barrier to fight through, but she was very considerate. Took an hour to get a quasi acceptable solution. A technician will be out to help me in a week. In the interim... not internet.”
