“I recently reviewed Medical Monks (hereafter MM), giving them 1 star, because I never received the product I ordered. I received an immediate response promising to look into my complaint. Apparently my package was lost or damaged in shipment by the Post Office. Without my asking, MM reshipped my order AT NO COST TO ME and I received it this week. Now that is what I call customer service. Thank you Medical Monks!”
