"I ordered from this company 4 or 5 times and spent over $100 each time. Everytime it took my order over 3 weeks to receive and never received a shipping email from them to track my order. One of the times I ordered the dentite I ordered was watered down and I emailed them about that and got a response over a month later when I had already used the entire bottle in that time span. This last time after waiting over 3 weeks to receive my order, one of the bottles opened up during shipping and it was infested with ants! I had to throw the whole thing away, over $100 thrown in the trash. I sent the company pictures and videos of the ant infested order they sent me and I'm not holding my breath to get a response anytime soon. Very frustrating! I feel like I've been scammed and I've seen plenty of other complaints from others claiming that they never get an email response back from them and its nearly impossible to get any customer service back from them, but they sure take your money quickly! I'm taking my complaint to the BBB next."
