“Hills u/d science diet. I was very concerned when I received my order to find that the cans did not match the cans that I had been purchasing for the past five years so I sent an email. I got a quick response from Keri to reassure me that Hills were changing their packaging.
AS all pet owners will know when your wee dog as been very ill you worry about any change but thanks to Keri we will that all is well.

“Ordered prescription canned dog food, received delivery within a few days. Opened the box and found that the cans had a different label, so I phoned the Medicine4pets to confirm that the cans were correct. Spoke to a lovely Lady (Lyndsey I think) she actually phoned Hills to find out if the cans I received were the prescription order I required. Apparently Hills
had changed the label, so the food I received were ok. Nice to actually speak to someone who had the time to sort

“Fast service and very reasonable price. Only one criticism - although the packing couldn't be faulted, the bottle tops were not screwed on securely so they had leaked. This seems to be a common problem with this product. Despite that, I would definitely buy again.”
