“Have just experienced truly excellent service from Medion. A call to their Customer Service people brought an immediate positive response and an email with pre-paid label for sending my laptop to Germany for repair. This was on 31 January and today, exactly 2 weeks later, I am advised by email that repairs have been completed and the laptop will be back with me in Scotland shortly. Quite outstanding service.”

“This has to be the best microwave I've owned its easy to use and keep clean.The build quality is superb. The onsite pictures don't realy do it justice. Great microwave just what we wanted.”
