I was using them for a year and never had any problems. Got my prescriptions on time. Got my appointment on time all of a sudden in the past three months they have canceled my appointments. The doctor hasn’t showed up. Hadn’t sent my prescription over to the pharmacy for five days which can put me into severe withdrawal. Kept telling me the same thing over and over again that they’re working on it. The experience I had with them in the past three months I would never recommend to anybody it caused me more stress and anxiety than I’ve ever had in my life. Turning into a complete scam, do not go to them

Love the providers I have seen but for some reason they have a major delay in sending rx to pharmacy. They want me to call and make sure the pharmacy has my meds in stock however they wait a week or more to send the script so by then the pharmacy no longer has the meds. I let them know and they tell me the doc has 3-5 days to send it in again. Ok in 3-5 more days the next pharmacy probably will also no longer have the meds available either. Very poor business practice. I am an Np and I would never fail to refill medications for a week or more. Very unprofessional and for some meds dangerous. Some meds can result in the pt having seizures if meds are suddenly stopped. It wasn’t so bad when I first started going there but I believe they had a merger. I don’t see this company being around much longer with such low standards of delivering care.

I guess Medvidi is just a scam. I spent the money and was told that I would speak to a Dr. and then get my prescription of Phentermine. I had a call with the Doctor and she said she would call my prescription in but never received ANYTHING. I have called back a number of times and sent emails that go completely ignored. DON'T waste your money. SCAM that takes your money!

Up until now, I had a wonderful experience with MedVidi with very few minor hiccups after almost a year of receiving treatment. However, I had to switch providers which wasn't a huge issue, but I had an appointment on Monday and am still without my medications on Thursday. I am working a full time schedule and am currently in graduate school. The first two prescriptions that were sent in had the wrong state's letterhead by the doctor's information. Therefore, the pharmacy refused to fill the medication and I made the MedVidi team aware of that. Then I was told that if I found a pharmacy with the medication in stock, that the prescription could be sent in right away. I found one that has the medication and the prescription has yet to be sent in to the pharmacy with the correct state's letterhead after three days. Very disappointing.

Shut them down!!! Medvidi should be charged with malpractice for their gross negligence in dealing with mental health patients and the dispensing of meds. Medvidi took my money, scheduled an appt. then I couldn't log on due to tech difficulties. I sent a message to Dr. in chat that the links were not working. Then I called the main number and that person couldn't help. Then they told me I've now missed my appt and would have to pay more money to schedule another appt. This is fraud. Then when you try to call back it rings once and hangs up. They use technology to sabotage the process so patients pay in advance but don't receive a service. I called my bank today and they already gave me a credit. I contacted the California Department of Health and Human Services in Sacramento and filed a complaint since it's healthcare-related. I filed a complaint with the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. And finally, I filed a complaint with the California State Attorney General Rob Bonta's office.

Got charged and no appointment. They stated that I was a "NO show". Why would I book and wait and wait. I had to contact my credit card to dispute the charge.

SCAM COMPANY. They claim there’s a 100% satisfaction guarantee, there is not - they will not refund you. and nooo, they’re not gonna prescribe you a controlled substance, also a lie

MedVidi is a complete scam! They take your money and make you call, email and msg them for days or even weeks, just to schedule an appointment which they cancel at the last minute, or they never show up at all. After they no-show or reschedule your visit they keep your money and demand that you pay them again if you want to reschedule. I can't wait until a class action lawsuit is filed against this scam and the owners and "doctors" are sent to prison.

Scheduled an appointment and the provider never came online. Rescheduled with the same provider and once again they never came online. Immediately called customer service requesting a refund and they said no charge, but the next day the charge went through. After sitting on hold for an hour I was told a refund would take 10-15 business days. I would not recommend Medvidi to anyone.

TOTAL SCAM! If I could give zero stars I would! I made an appointment and received the confirmation and link 50 mins before scheduled time. When I went on the link it said “rescheduling on process”. While in the middle of a panic attack I called customer service only to be told that someone will get in touch with me to make a new appointment. Next I received a message saying my “refund request is being reviewed”. I called back customer service only to be told the “provider said I need to see an in person doctor”. I didn’t even see a provider so I can’t understand how that choice can be made! I asked to speak with a supervisor and there aren’t any! I keep being told I’ll receive a call back which is a total lie. What a fail! Shame on MEDvidi mango clinic and EZ Care!!!!

I do not even know where to begin as far as complaints. First, I had an appointment for last Wednesday, in which the doctor did not show up. I was rescheduled to Friday. Friday’s appointment comes around and the doctor finally shows up an hour later. I still was very nice and figured it was just a system issue. I have now completely lost my patience. The pharmacy the medication has been sent to has been asking the doctor to call them to verify now for 5 days. I have called the “help” line at least 20 times while texting back and forth as well. The same answer is “we’ve let the provider know and he’s going to call”. This has been DAYS over a simple phone call he has to make. I have been on this medication for almost 15 years now and just moved so am trying to find a new PCP and figured I’d use this in the meantime. I can’t recommend it less. It is absolutely unsafe to schedule class 2 drugs to people and not be reachable at all for follow up? As an ICU nurse, I simply can not wrap my head around that. They won’t even give the pharmacist the doctors number to reach him. I have asked to speak to managers, in which they tell me “this is all I can do, I’ve submitted another request”. How many requests does it take to get the provider to take 3 seconds and call the pharmacy?

MEDvidi is awesome. It’s fair price that will not hurt the bank account. The process is simple harmless quick easy and that’s what I need in my life simple . I love the fact that I didn’t have to drive in this crazy traffic to see the doctor. I want to thank you you very much ….

My Kaiser primary care physician recently retired, the Doctor Who took over his practice, would no longer prescribe me an anxiety medicine that I have been taking for over 20 years. It was a three month battle, trying to figure this out full of frustration and dead ends. I found MEDvidi- scheduled an appointment the same day and had a wonderful appointment with Dr. Park. She was professional, sympathetic to my situation, and listened to my needs. I picked up the prescription within an hour of my appointment with zero hiccups. The people that are experiencing difficulties are probably not filling out the intake form and selecting local pharmacies that accept prescriptions from MEDvidi. Fantastic experience.

After being a patient for over 9 months and NEVER HAVING things happen the right way or in a timely manner, I have come to the realization that EZ care does not care about their patients… only the money. After giveing them a second, third and FOURTH chance after multiple catastrophic failures to give my case the time it needed, and which I paid for. It took leaving a negative review for the prescription team to do their job. Within hours of leaving this review, the 3 months that they had been “working on my issue” was miraculously resolved within hours. It took a public declaration of my mistreatment for them to prioritize me as a patient and actually work on finding my prescription. After 10 weeks of patronizing phone calls where I would be fed verifiably false information that they were calling pharmacies trying to locate my script, it came down to me taking to the internet for them to do their job. This is the SECOND time they did this, with weeks and months of leading me around with empty apologies, unprofessional behavior, and innumerable inconsistencies which led to a breakdown in my health resulting in loss of a scholarship.. among consequences I paid out of pocket for. Despite my repeated request for a supervisor to contact me through this process I finally got a transactional call, from an Eric, AFTER the fact… only to request that I take down my negative reviews for a whopping discount of $30 on my next visit! The audacity it takes to ask me to remove a review then offer such a pathetic discount really paints a picture of what we are worth as patients. As business owner with years of experience, what SHOULD have done to express their appreciation, gratitude and value of me as a client and to give the company a chance to prove that the TWO experiences that I had were not the standard they hold themselves to. Also, to give them an opportunity to show me that the track record they have now earned as dishonest, misleading, and undependable has been corrected and that the systemic problems within the company regarding communication, patient prioritizing, and management problems have in fact been addressed….my next visit should have been extended as complementary…. Or at the VERY least DEEPLY discounted or nothing should have been offered at all. The pittance which WAS offered of $30 off my next visit is less than they offer for sales and seasonal specials! Am I not even worth a call to the loss prevention department!?!? And, more over, this offer was contingent on my deleting the comments I had left about my own experience, while at the same time admitting that it all had happened and not offering any kind of assurance that I would not have the same experience for the third time. I asked Eric, why would I delete my post if it is true and you haven’t provided proof to the contrary? Shouldn’t you offer me a chance for your company to get this right? Why should I pour another $100+ into a place that has failed me for 9months? His response was that he was sorry that I felt the way that I did and that I was assured it would not happen again… and I was supposed to trust that I would not be yet again paying for a service which would end up CAUSING MORE STRESS, more damage and NEGATIVELY IMPACT MY HEALTH more than when I started? He told me that was all he could do and that he hoped I changed my mind! I will say that it was reflective of this entire experience from start to finish, they inky care about how much money I pay them not if I am actually receiving the treatment I paid for…. Shame of you EZ care!

I've been a patient for a year. Just lost my daughter 7 weeks ago. Paid for my appointment and Christianah called to reschedule me for 30 minutes later. That never happened. Called customer service got an appointment for 9 15 today. That never happened. What a terrible way to treat people. You have my money though. If you didn't want to treat me then tell me! Very frustrating. What is going on with you? I sure don't deserve this.
