Dr. Grigg was efficient and made appropriate medication recommendations based on my situation. I look forward to our followup visit in several weeks to revisit the medication and future protocols.

5 star rated until my last appt. My normal Dr. was replaced with a different Dr. He changed my medication and it has caused me bad problems. Also, he didn't care what I said or felt, and just ended the session. Very Disappointing. Now I have to deal with these consequences, which could possibly loosing my job. Appt. was supposed to be with Dr.Griggs

Felt a little rushed. However, Dr. Grigg did listen to my concerns and effectively provided a solution. Does the medication work? Not sure yet.

I just think for what it is the price is pretty expensive. Seems monopolistic to charge people in need so much for their services. As if life isn’t hard enough, I have to be nickel and dimed for a doctor’s appointment that is 5 minutes and costs 6 times what my prescription costs.

Cost me $190 to have someone barley listen to me for 20 minutes, load me up on anxiety meds, anit depression meds and sleeping pills. If I had a better insurance I definitely wouldn't have wen this route but I was stressed out bad. Then another $190 3 weeks later, and didn't see my original Dr. and was just handed off to a different person that only talked to me for 15 minutes just so I could get my refill. I told the man the 2nd time that i cannot afford this every single month and asked for a 3 month supply of meds but they wouldn't bc then they wouldnt make all that money off me. So when I couldn't afford the 3rd visit they cut off my prescriptions and I really needed the anxiety med which of course was Xanax, and I was happy with that. BUT it was a script for 10 .5mg tablets. I can take 4mgs and barley feel it. So all that money for absolutely nothing. And then took the prescriptions away from me bc I couldn't pay there high prices and not even get counciling from them. Be smart and don't waste you time and money. Idk what to do now and they could care less.

Terrible custom service. I've been watching almost two weeks for them to send my premium to the pharmacy. I keep being told about technical issues. Nobody wants To help fix the problem. Shop elsewhere
