“This online clinic has a fairly hgih doctor turnover rate, as I've seen 4 different doctors in the year I've been being treated with MedVidi/EZCare. Each of my doctors have istened to my concerns and needs with empathy though, and have helped me find and maintain a regimine of medication that fits my unique and changing circumstances. I never thought I'd find not only acceptable, but exceptional AND affordable mental health care online, but here I am over a year later. Thank you so much MedVidi & staff!”

“So I had to pay like 180$ to be seen the first time, but all they told me was that they needed records sent to them from my previous psychologist. Any professional doctors should have a process where they request the records themselves. It should never be left up to the patient. Then once I did that they made me pay another $160 for my next appointment. Were they then told me that they still haven't received my records even though I had my doctor fax my records to them. So once again nothing happened even though they made me pay. I ended up giving up eventually. It was very frustrating”

“MEDvidi is almost great! I’ve spoken with 4 different doctors and I’ve loved 3 of those 4. They really shouldn’t advertise for same day appointments because that just never happens … being honest is better than being convenient when looking for long term patients. My other recommendation would be to reward the patients who continue using your site with promotions or discounts. It can get very expensive and patients have many options these days, most of which offer more affordable services. I can’t confidently say that those patients are thinking “MEDvidi is worth paying more”.”

“I thought it was very expensive appointment for only talking to my doctor for 3 minutes. He prescribed me meds which hopefully help with my anxiety and panic attacks. Only time will tell.”

“Love the service and my doctor. MedVidi has greatly improved in the mat couple of years and now it's much easier to sort out any problems that might arise. Customer service responds quickly and I am able to get my medications on time.”

“Horrible company, stay away! Had a 6:30 appointment, logged in and provider was a no show. Called customer care while on hold and was told I would receive a text in a few minutes, it didn't happen. Called again 15 minutes later and told the same thing, and again received no text. I was # 1 in queue and it took over ten minutes both times for someone to answer. Finally, after waiting over an hour for a provider to show I called back to customer care and after 19 minutes I hung up because they never answered the phone. I have all the screen shots to prove this in case the company tries to jump in and say it didn't happen. Don't waste your time with this unprofessional company!!”

“MEDvidi has been very easy to use. There have been some minor technical difficulties but nothing that has prevented medical care or prescriptions. The price can be a little high in comparison to in person visits with a Primary Care Physician but taking into considering the convenience, it's not too bad with the promotions.”
