Does anyone even work here? My appointment was last week. They don’t tell you that most pharmacies won’t work with them. It’s a scam, a runaround. I still haven’t received my medication. $200 down the drain. Go to ADHD online. You all suck!

My concerns are disregarded. My appointments are not kept. The same problems come up every month even though you know they are coming. There is no communication or compassion for your clients. I have PTSD and no insurance. I am forced to get treatment through you guys and all you care about is the money. Meanwhile I get traeted with no resoect and my concerns are ignored and brushed off with emails that are pre written and generically dismissive. You do not address any of my concerns and i am treated with no respect. The NP i see is amazing Jennifer Beltran, the only shining light in the beauracratic, money making stew you guys have brewing. Very disappointed.

Overall, w the a few exceptions of the call center, I generally have good experiences w MEDvidi. My doctor is great and I receive exceptional service from him.

Horrible experience. The website won’t let me join a meeting two days in a row. Then they want to charge me a no show fee?! No service and tech support doesn’t work on the weekends to help with tech issues.

I really liked my experience overall, Dr Whitney Oden was very nice and understanding. The price isn’t bad for the help I received and I was able to get diagnosed and prescribed within 2 hours.

My Dr is always there to listen or answer any questions anytime I contact her. All the staff are kind and helpful as well

The whole team (phone support and doctors) are pretty good. They actually answer the phone, call you back etc.

A few issues with the website, but overall I have had a great experience. My provider, Dr. Linda May, is absolutely amazing. She actually listens to my concerns. I feel like she treats me like a person seeking help, not brushing off my concerns and telling me I'm wrong. My only complaint would be not accepting insurance and the cost each month is a bit high. But as far as getting the help I need, I am beyond happy.

I have been a patient with MEDvidi for almost 2 years and I have only amazing things to say about the MEDvidi Team. They make the process really easy especially with my diagnosis it can be challenging sometimes to make appointments and be on time for them. They have great communication and they also confirm everything to make sure I am on the same page. They even have special promotions that are valid when making your next appointment. My Doctor is wonderful and understands my daily struggles. It’s great knowing that you have a doctor that truly cares about your overall wellbeing.

So I have had my 3rd dr in 3 apps. The 3td wasn't even a psychiatrist which is now a problem. I paid my $ and here I am day 10 no resolve and no response for this. Florida will not as it should be fill scripts from a doctor not in the field of psychiatry

I had an appointment with a Vivian Young and she prescribed me two medications to help with my panic attacks. I picked up the medications and started taking them. I have still been having bad panic attacks. I had to go to the emergency room twice since my visit with Vivian Young. They told me the prescription she prescribed was a very low dose for someone having severe panic attacks. I was instructed by the ER doctor to get in touch with the doctor and get her to increase the dosage or prescribe something a little stronger. I have called and called and had my situation escalated and I have not heard anything back. I can't even get these people at Medvidi to answer the phone or answer an email. These people do not care about their patients or they would answer their phones. It has now been over 5 days and no call back. Don't waste your money or time on these people.

I had an unpleasant meeting with Micheline Epstein who was quite defensive throughout our conversation. She frequently interrupted me, even when discussing important topics like my current medications. For instance, I began explaining why I started my medications, but she cut me off, insisting on leading the conversation. This pattern continued; she would ask a question, and as I responded, she would abruptly tell me not to instruct her on how to manage the consultation. This left me confused and feeling the need to defend myself. When I tried to clarify that I was merely answering her questions, she ended the call. I was recommended this service by a friend, but I regret using it and will advise others against it. The service was the most affordable option for my prescription, but the treatment I received was far below my expectations. Her behavior was off-putting, defensive, and disrespectful.

Total scam. No product or real services. They charge you for a telehealth appointment, try to make you schedule a 2nd appointment, and never give you anything but the run around when you try to get medicine.

I filled out my Intake 2 days ago have been calling and texting nonstop and no one is responding to me. No one is refining me. What is happening at this company? Why do you have a customer service number if no one picks the phone up? At least pay us our money back if you don’t want to help us. As a mental health company you should be ashamed of yourselves- you are supposed to help relieve anxiety- not cause more stress and anxiety by taking our money and not responding to us. Horrible. Do not use this company- thieves!!!!

This company is criminal. I have been receiving medication from them for over a year. My last appointment my Dr. forgot to refill my prescription. I have been calling every day as I need my medication. Every time I call they say that they will have the Dr. send it in and notify me. Should I contact the better business bureau? Attorney General’s office? They are far to flippant in regards to controlled substances.
