“Am a happy customer of Meesho but recently I have ordered from easy shop from the same platform. And I was shocked that we have ordered for knee joint pain oil and they delivered us something like car coating spray. I think Meesho should varify its suppliers before allowing them to sell directly to any customers . Because they are defaming the name of reputed company like meesho. So it's the moral responsibility of Platform provider company also to safeguard the legal rights of the customer.otherwise in future your valuable customers will switch over to other service provider.”
“I like buying from meesho but I hate the fact that meesho doesn't have proper delivery agents in varapuzha, ernakulam, kerala. So, a lot of times the orders get cancelled or returned. Some products are good however other products lack quality.”
