They asked for otp I told and they updated as 4items Or products has been delivered. When I got to know I got one 2 items it's was more then 7days they told they can't help me In any ways. So I request all people who are shopping in messho kindly order only COD. So that your money will be safe. Never order on prepaid for 10 20 rs discount. Because of this only we lose our big amount.”

“Meesho is really fraud because my personal experience that prepaid product will not get delivered on estimated delivery date. If we ask to customer agents they will simply say "Why you are upset, We are taking your issue as priority, we will definitely help to resolve issue". For unnecessary issue Meesho adding call me back option but for necessary issues they hide that option (this shows they how fraud they are doing). And mostly customer agents also closing chat without giving proper resolution for what i am asking. They are thinking loosing 1 customer will not impact business. My product delivery tracking still in shipped state and not updating tracker and unable to cancel product. Worst customer service & delivery. If this rating contains negative i will that only instead of 1. 1 is also more than enough”
“*froud* I ordered a product from meesho firstly he delivered me a wrong, dirty and useless product. I put a product return on same day with photos and parcel opened vdio but no one come to pickup the parcel I called in customer care she said me to again return request. I put a again return request after delivery person come and refuse to pickup the parcel due to dirty and diffrent product. Then I again call in consumer support they say they can't help us because product was useless they consider this as a garbage. They can't refund my amount. I have all proof I will send and return on same day after all this they refuse to initiate my refund.*so disappointed* this is a very big scam don't trust on meesho and stop shopping on the meesho worst app.”

The add you are giving is next day deliver and on purchase it will show after 7 or 10 days as delivery date. The return / refund policy system also very bad and they are not able to do service even after 3 weeks of continues followup and they are rejected to process the refund because of pickup confirmation slip, which is not at all there and not send the message also, which need to be sent.”

I had placed an prepaid order on Meesho online portal fo 06 packets of Bigen Beard colour 103 against a prepaid of RS 1662/-on 3Rd March 2024 vide order No.330102941744.
Yesterday, a packet was delivered at at my address containing one packet of big and beard colour in place of six package. The help centre was informed immediately they advised to raise my complaint after 24 hours only.
Afyer 24 hrs when help center was contacted they told me that they can not do anything in this regard nor my money will be refunded for the short supplied packs.
They also told me that the short supply of 5 packets will also not be fulfilled or delivered to me.
I was wondering that a company like Meesho can give this kind of response and gulp down Rs 1300/-.It is a cheating under the law of the country.I am wondering whether following such a business ethics whether any company can survive for long term.
I shall hadbto share my experience with social media to save other customer's hard earned money from this useless organisation.”
