“I have ordered two thing at the same time but on 22nd july I have recieved only one product and meesho have put that they have deliverd both the products. When I have raised the campliant they said you check with your neighbours. they have give me a complaint number 69017793352 but there is no respose when I have opted for call back from the customer care customer care people are so slow they never listen to you just kept saying please dont disconnect the line and be on the call they dont know how to speak they are not good in english and hindi as well system are not working. system are very slow I have not provided any solution regarding my issue its a wrost app”
“Meesho is probably the worst & non-transparent e-commerce platform in the country.
* They have stopped their E-mail support services long back, to avoid contact with customers.
* Their callback services are functional but be sure you will not get any resolution of your grievance. They will give you stereotyped answers.
* Their registered seller and Meesho will provide you no guarantee and resolution on delivery of defective, deficient and poor quality products. You have to lump whatever reaches you.
* Large areas are non-servicible for return of a product. They advise you self return the product by courier and reimburse a petty amount for it.
* I have been short supplied in 2 orders yesterday. I have been told by their customer care that they cannot help me in this regard. Neither can I return it nor will I be given the refund for the short supply.
* There have been instances when COD orders are delivered but marked RTO (Returned to Originator). When such specific cases was brought to their notice no help was provided.
NOTE: Be careful and be alert before you make any deal with Meesho, as they provide you with no corporate guarantee.”

“Fraud and worst app, BIG TIME LIARS
Worst experience, big liars, useless support service don’t have any information, stupid resolutions keep you on hold every time, horrible quality product, illmanered and liar delivery agents. Should shut down app they don’t know how to manage. They are big frauds and just take your money and dont refund even after product is picked up. Not recommended at all.”
