“The website was easy to use and the order arrived promptly. I am very happy with my Melitta Look V Timer coffee machine. Good to make filter coffee the old drip method with filters and great to be able to set the timer for morning coffee.”

“What can I say? I ordered some filters and paid for them. Melitta sent them quite quickly and we are enjoying the coffee. Good service.”

“The coffee maker works well and was delivered quickly. Instructions for use are overcomplicated. A quick guide is necessary plus an indication of what is needed to keep the machine in good order”

“Melitta, what a fantastic coffee machine. I honestly can't fault it. The only downside is the App that goes with it. I never thought I'd find myself complaining about the Bluetooth connection on my coffee machine but here we are. If Melitta can sort that out then it's a 5* machine. Otherwise, fabulous coffee and a great looking product.”

“Excellent delivery service but I was very disappointed to find that Original filters had been been substituted for the Gourmet filters that I ordered and were confimed by Melitta. There was no note of explanation on the paperwork.”

“I love it. Makes decent coffee with a good crema. Easy to maintain. My only gripe is the coffee isn’t very hot. It is hot enough but needs drinking almost immediately.”

“My order arrived promptly. I had to order a replacement jug for my aroma fresh machine, however I was a little disappointed with it, I have to pour really carefully and slowly as the design allows the coffee to spill over compared to my original. I think the replacement was a jug that fitted more than one model so although it’s cost effective for the business (and hopefully for the customer too) the design needs to be modified. I would have liked to have had the option to upgrade to the thermal flask/ jug at the time of re ordering, but not sure it was available as a replacement order. Other than that I am pleased with my machine - I just have to be not so clumsy and break any more pots.”
