“Great coffee machine, easy to use, great coffee. Disappointed that so few filter papers were supplied with it so had to wait another week for a supply to be delivered (isolating during Covid lockdown). I am still experimenting with the best method for making 1-2 mugs of coffee versus making more and keeping it warm for 2-3 hours, looks promising.”

“The company is great. Fast and reliable delivery, the coffee machine makes a coffee to die for.. I guess I am a coffee addict since I have my coffee machine. The only reason I gave 4 stars and not 5 is the price, that is on the expensive side.”

“I love the machine, but was a bit shocked that it had to be returned for repair after only one month use, with an error, instead of a replacement. However, the pickup was arranged promptly, the service was carried out, and we are now enjoying great coffee again. Great machine”
