“Disappointed! Extremely high price compare to quality of the product. The urn I got is the companion style and it is not big enough for two. There is no divider inside of the urn so you need to really smash two cremains in to make it fit. The vendor is not flexible with returns so you need to pay to ship it back and they charge restocking fee.”

“The only reason I gave a 4 was because the side of the box was torn when it arrived. However, that could have happened between transition on delivery. The Urn was in perfect shape & beautiful! And the salesperson I spoke to on the phone was so helpful.”

“I had a delay in arrangements after my mother passed, which delayed my contacting Memorial Urns. Somehow they came through on very short notice. I think I ordered on a Saturday and needed the urn by the following Wednesday all the way across the country. Shipping was obviously expensive, but the urn with engraving made it. Now my mother rests with her parents at the cemetery at the Annapolis Naval Academy. I'm pretty sure "The Admiral's Daughter" would be smiling down on us right now. Memorial Urns helped make this happen. Thank you so much.”
