“I purchased the heart companion urn and I absolutely love it. The pictures do not do it justice. My husband was at 100 lbs when he passed and he just fit into one side of the urn. I put him in a freezer bag so he wouldn’t turn into a brick. I shaped the bag into the urn and poured him into that bag. I am not sure if the weight they suggest for the urns is both combined, but if he was bigger he would not had fit into one side with the 185 lbs that is suggested. I wouldn’t put him into the urn without being in something to protect him. So it may also be weight without a bag. Either way it worked and I love it and can’t wait to be together again. Thank you for your services.”

Thank you. It is important to take the average normal body weight, not the weight at passing. The bone structure is what makes up the cremains and that does not change when a person looses weight near death. Thank you for taking the time to review our product.

“One of the screws was screwed in crooked so it was hard to open. And for the money I spent your could have included the tool that opens it. My address in my order is 9 Abbey dr and you mail it to 3 Abbey dr which is a vacant home on my street so I didn’t get it till today and that’s because the real estate agent found the pkg. and looked up my address. Not good and disappointed for the money I spent.”
