“I don't often rate companies, but I had a very good experience with them and recommend this company if you need a trusted cat sitter. This was my first time with a cat sitter and I honestly could not have gotten a better one. I am already planning to use again.”

“Jen was a wonderful cat sitter while we were out of town. She was very conscious of our needs, and sent us great photos of our shy babies coming out to meet her. I would highly recommend her for your babies too.”

“Rosemary was incredibly reliable, knowledgable and made us super comfortable while we were across the world! She sent us pictures and videos along with updates. I can't thank her enough for watching our fur babies. I will absolutely refer Rosemary and Meowtel to friends. Hands down the best experience we could ask for.”

“Shona is a wonderful sitter who spoils your kitty with new toys, grooming sessions and funny photo updates that ease the worry of leaving your pet. Meowtel is a professional, easy to use service that I hope to use everytime I travel. My cat is calm and relaxed when I get home unlike boarding at the vets! Great service.”

“Meowtel is such an amazing service. The sitters care for your fur babies as they were their own. When you can't be with them the sitters are the next best thing. They feed and play with your cats and my cats love my sitter so much, I think they are sad when I come home! If you haven't yet tried Meowtel you definitely should. They put your mind at ease while you are away and the cats just love them!”

“We’ve used Meowtel twice now, with varying levels of satisfaction. The first sitter was sporadic and didn’t end up working out for us, so we found another sitter that is much more professional and the right match for our older cat. I’m giving 4 stars because of the inconsistency between sitters, but also because Meowtel was very proactive in refunding for a day when the original sitter didn’t show up, and helping to find another sitter that fit our needs better. Overall I recommend over other services that focus more on dog sitting.”

“After going through other pet sitting services, I was at my wit’s end! Let’s be real—cats are a little weird, so not every pet sitter is equipped to handle their unique personalities. I saw a Facebook ad for Meowtel, and I thought it was too good to be true! I’ve used them twice so far, with the same sitter, and plan to keep using them again in the future. These sitters just “get it” when it comes to cats. The scheduling process is seamless, and there are multiple ways to communicate with your sitter. I’m so very happy—and relieved—to have clicked on that Facebook ad!”

Friendly, accessible, quick to reply, thorough, professional, flexible, and such great cat whisperers! Our sweet cat was so relaxed and obviously well taken care of.
