“Cant fault the customer service when I comes to buying a car from them but soon as there issues with the car after only owning it for 3 weeks they aren't interested and not willing to help resolve the issues and when they did get back in contact regarding one of the issues there saying it’s at my own expense ! So after 3 weeks the car is gone and I have gone back to Audi ! I’ll never own a Mercedes again and certainly won’t be back to Mercedes Slough !”

A certain sound was coming from my car and I have had the car looked at 3 times at the same Mercedes garage always told it’s fine when I go to collect and no faults were found. So I made a video of these sounds and the parts they were coming from. Mr Mitchell could see and hear my frustration as I do not have time to keep booking a car in, I brought brand new from the Slough showroom. So Mr Mitchell assured me this will get looked at by the technician and this problem will get sorted this time and this will be the final time.
