A certain sound was coming from my car and I have had the car looked at 3 times at the same Mercedes garage always told it’s fine when I go to collect and no faults were found. So I made a video of these sounds and the parts they were coming from. Mr Mitchell could see and hear my frustration as I do not have time to keep booking a car in, I brought brand new from the Slough showroom. So Mr Mitchell assured me this will get looked at by the technician and this problem will get sorted this time and this will be the final time. I left feeling assured it will be fixed this time, and with the level of professionalism, patience and fantastic communication shown from Mr Mitchell, it changed my mood to happy. He called me later and gave me a update and finally they found the problem and ordered the part.
