“I purchased a brand new GLC Class. Mercedes couldn't provide the same model to Test drive...so when I turned up at the garage I was confronted with a much upgraded version of which I was informed there was little difference. In fact there was many differences. Even really niggle ones like seat memory not fitted. And there 360deg parking I so liked and was influenced by is not fitted and cost £3000. I could go on....I'm £37800 lighter with a car I didn't expect....I'm gutted!”
