“I've made several purchases on Merchbar for both vinyl and apparel, and every shopping experience has been a positive one thus far. “I ordered Foo Fighters and Vitruvian Drummer shirts from them. The Foo Fighters shirt has a misprint, so I emailed them. They sent a replacement and I got it that same week. I like the service, and the shirts fit well too!”

“While I do not condone money not going to the artists, i had no choice but to order from Merchbar, as the band is no longer around, nor re-releasing any records. iv'e ordered two records from them, and had zero issues. records were actually legit. I was nervous, but it all worked out fine.”

“So I placed an order, and realized it wasn't on the site I thought it was. I also noticed they had a rather bad rating. I asked for a refund. This was done on a Saturday. I heard back quickly, and they have sent the refund. I'm just waiting for it to appear now. That being said despite not receiving anything. The customer support was top. So they deserve a bit of a boost.”
