“My order dispatched quickly and arrived with plenty of time ready for Christmas (Christmas jumper season!) Great price for officially licensed items and superb quality. It was my first purchase and I will definitely look into purchasing from Merchoid again.”

“I've been contemplating ordering one of the Christmas Jumpers for a few years and decided to finally bite the bullet. The price is admittedly a little off-putting but I can assure you the quality of the Jumpers is excellent and you won't be disappointed! Shipping was really quick too. I'm super happy with it, just wish the price was a little less.”

“I have ordered from Merchoid a few times, each time to get a Christmas jumper for my partner. Delivery is usually quite fast. This time around has certainly been quick. The jumpers are well stitched and my partner enjoys the pattern selection and character ranges. The material is however thick, heavy, acrylic. I wish they would do the jumpers in a lighter, thinner, cotton instead so they were more comfortable for my partner.”

“I preordered a hoodie on February 05, supposed to be sent on June 03 , first, it came to my mail in August, and it didn't fit me as I wanted, the sizes are way off, I had to return the item for an exchange, I had to pay for the return shipping, and for some reason they did not get notifications of that, even though I followed all the return steps, it says that once you return a package, you'll receive your exchange between 5 or 10 business days, I ended up waiting a month and a half for the item, I gave them four stars because at least they were very responsible with the email replies, they kept me informed of the package delays and return issues, and by the way, the hoodie was really nice...”
