“Just received two I ordered from the .ca website and oh surprise, duty fee of 40$ on a 130$ order. Also, they declared a higher value to duty than it really was, not sure why but an extra 50$ on value added to duty taxes for nothing. If I could go back in time I would buy from elsewhere that is truly based in Canada. Didn't wear yet so cannot say on quality but they look good.”

“I have received my request to write a review, but have not yet received my ord we’re! It says it was dispatched a week ago. I have placed other orders on the same day with companies who also use Royal Mail for delivery and they arrived 3 days ago, not sure I would order again based on reliability”

“Does not disclose the customs fees to Canada. Claims they are unlikely, yet happen every time. Paid 40% in fees at the door.”

“Online size guide is not accurate. I am a 45 inch chest so I ordered an XXL jumper however it was 2 sizes too big.”

“An issue with sizing. No size chart so had to go with what it said was my size on the list selection and it arrived and was 2 sizes too big. Now I'm having to get an exchange on items that will probably sell out before my return gets processed. Is a shame because the items were in good condition and very nice. Luckily the return process is simple and free.”

“I bought two of the same item, one for myself and the other for my friend. They refunded one of the orders, despite there being enough of the item left at the time of purchase, and me not requesting any refunds. I expect to receive both items since there were enough at the time of purchase.”

“Im from Canada i order my one piece hat on december 5th and it shipped the next day but its been two weeks and almost the winter break like i wanted to wear it to school dam tuff luck ig bad service and no tracking number.”

“Like other reviewers their sizing is way off. Ordered an XL by their sizing chart 46-48" chest. Shirt comes about month later. Shirt looks great and labeled as XL, shirt doesn't fit. Measure and it measures as 42"-44" chest. Reached out to customer service without reply. SOL as customer is responsible for international shipping for returns. Not worth the trouble I will resell this in my own.”
