“I have used MBD twice now and on both occasions they proved to be very reliable and prompt. On the second occasion I needed to actually call them and ask some questions regarding the meter box I was needing to order. The lady I spoke to could not have been more helpful, she went out of her way to to make sure that I had all of the information I needed even to the point suggesting companies that were closer to me in order that I might actually be able to see the product before I decide to buy. “Prompt delivery but product arrived cracked and there are no drill holes or fixings so not sure how I am going to fix it to my wall!”

“Great service. I should have found out about fitting the new hinge clip as I promptly lost the pin in the hole . Now I have to start again. My fault but guidance would have been helpful.”

“Box was delivered with small crack to top right corner dont know if this happen at the shop or in transit, but was still able to us the box as the crack was to the outer lip.l”

“There is no instructions sent out with the order resulting in several phone calls to your company which were answered in very good time allowing me to proceed when the weather improves, the biggest problem as I see it is removing the architrave on the old box which is not going to be easy. never mind no doubt I will sort it out. many thanks for your help R L Cooper”

“Found the item I wanted really easily. It was out of stock but I signed up to get an alert when it came back in (great). Quickly received my alert so jumped on to order it. Arrived a couple of days later, beautifully packaged. Perfect (and great prices too) Thank you”
