“Product was delivered quickly and of generally good quality apart from one of the hinge pins, which I immediately noticed kept sticking when depressed and hadn't been fully seated. This meant that I had to seat it properly myself where upon it then became fully retracted and would not spring back out at all, making it useless. I felt this should have easily been identified by quality control. However, one phone call later and replacement pins were promptly sent out, which resolved this issue.”

“Prompt service, a little pricey. Could have been packaged a little better considering the cost of the postage and the door. The door wasn't a perfect replacement fit, but only needed a little tinkering to make fit well.”

“Item was delivered quickly and transport restrictions to my property properly noted and actioned - very happy on that front. Not as sure about the item. The flat pack instructions were not particularly clear, particularly concerning the O ring. I'm surprised there is no ingress hole in teh base for cables and the (separately charged for) back board came without fixing screws. Otherwise its a solid unit and should be fine.”

“'The service is not as good as it could be! The website could be a little easier to navigate. The protection for the goods in the packages was poor. At first, it looked as though some damage had been caused as the cartons were quite dented. Fortunately, the items inside had not suffered any casualties 'Tried to track the consingment on line to discover when it was going to be delivered, the system didn't allow me to do so. The shipping agent arrived when no one was at home and left the consignment on the doorstep. Upon opening the packages the spigot attachement scews were missing. - Somewhat disapointing.”

“Ordered a replacement meter box door, it arrived within 48hrs, we’ll packaged. Only negative was that I had to go looking online for instructions on how to fit it. It isn’t hard to just compress one of the pins but I didn’t know how to before watching a short video on YouTube. Apart from that, all good.”
