“Purchase two 3 phase meter boxes. Boxes were slightly damaged and so were the meter boxes but they were packaged well internally so not sure how the damaged would have occurred. Contacted the team who requested photos. Contacted me to inform me that they will send out new meter boxes straight away. No quibble, no hassle. These things happen so its understandable but the team responded in a great manner to get it sorted straight away. Great service, Would certainly use again. Thanks!”

“Repairing two meter box latches was straight forward, especially with the help of the videos. Glad I chose the nylon latches as I had to cut down the stop otherwise it was fouling on a web between the latch hole and the door edge and preventing full rotation into the locking position. Easily solved with a hacksaw., and the shorter stop works as intended.”
