“The wooden backing in the box came away when the fixing screws along with the threads detached. A very weak fixing that meant I had to drill through the back of the box into the wall then silicon sea the top.”

“£15 delivery charge????? I will agree it was a fast delivery though. Door was scratched a lot its only because its for outside and nobody looks at it that didnt see the point of returning it! Its a shocking amount of money £40 for a plastic door for a meter box regardless”

“Excellent service. The replacement gas meter box door arrived very promptly, well packaged. Fitted easily though I had to hacksaw the old spring pin out. The video was very good in showing what to do”

“I received what appears to be a second hand broken universal meter box they tried to pass off as new. The box it came in was undamaged The left hand hinge looks like it was cut and was also broken anyway, scuff marks over it and appears to have been outside due to staining. 3 of the breakouts were missing See photos I would not use this company.”
