“A meter reader broke my gas box door catch and I did not know if I needed a new door - I checked Meter Boxes Direct and found that I could buy just a new catch - exactly the same as the original. There was also a short but very helpful video explaining how to fit it. I ordered 2 (the electricity box one might break!) - they were despatched very quickly, with e-mail notifications, and arrived in good time - it is now fitted and working well. Thanks!”

“the latch part of the replacement lock was of the wrong dimension and the key wouldn'T work when it was assembled. I discovered that the lug was protruding 3-4mm more than the original ( which is probably 19 years old) the old latch was refitted and it worked. otherwise an efficient and helpful system.”

“From our ordering the meter doors (Electric and Gas) to delivery took 3 days. The doors were well protected for transit. On opening the packaging, I noticed the retractable brass hinge pin on the gas meter door was stuck. Phoned customer services who were excellent and dispatched a replacement door which I received within a further 3 days. I was pleased with both the quality and cost of the doors, the excellent customer service and prompt delivery. I cannot recommend highly enough.”
