“I ordered a plastic meter cupboard latch, which was received in the post a couple of days late. It needed a little trimming of the rotation stop, but otherwise fitted easily.”

“Replacement nylon lock for gas box was not brilliant. Standard triangular key is too big for replacement so advise to buy set complete with keys.”

“Would have given 5 stars but do think item is a little expensive, saying that all local DIY stores didn't have the larger size I needed. 1970s house and seems newer houses have smaller boxes. Did get key with new door.”

“Excellent customer service. Meter box and additional door to replace a broken one delivered quickly and as stated. Also at competitive price. Only issue I had which was not a problem was the single additional door should have had some packing to separate from the other part of the order which was a meter box. Because it didn’t the meter box had slight scrape / indentation. As being placed in discrete area not an issue.”

“the latch part of the replacement lock was of the wrong dimension and the key wouldn'T work when it was assembled. I discovered that the lug was protruding 3-4mm more than the original ( which is probably 19 years old) the old latch was refitted and it worked. otherwise an efficient and helpful system.”

“Exactly what I needed, good instructions. You may want to use your own fixtures and fittings, the screws supplied popped through the pre-drilled holes, so I had to use washers and different screws, but other than that, no problems.”
