“the item was correct and fitted well after a slight amount of fettling to fit the metal key. it works ok and should last another 30 years I expect.”

“Bought hinge pins. They are meant to be a force fit to the holes in the door. One was but I had to glue in the other. Likely the hole was worn when the original pin was torn out. Repair has survived yesterday's gale so I am perfectly happy.”

“Very long wait, only for the fitter to tell us he could n't register the app and info box. five week wait for that to work. very poor communication from the fitter, waited all morning ( due at 9 am) he rang at 12 noon to say he would be late, eventually turned up at 1.30. Just lazy comms.”

“The electricity meter door replacement arrived well packaged and fitted well. My only comment is that there was a surface crack in the middle of the door possibly from the moulding process but it did the job.”
