The way they are acting is immoral. They create fake reviews on websites and offer inflated returns guarantees. I made the most stupid decision of my life when I decided to invest on a platform that only had positive reviews everywhere to deceive more people. Everything was going well until I decided to make a big withdrawal, they had let me withdraw a small amount at first and this even made me trust them even more until i needed to make a big withdrawal, they denied this and instead made me make several deposits as “tax” in order to approve my withdrawal of 275,000 dollars,This went on for another three weeks and i had already lost a fortune and it didn’t look like they were going to release anything. That was the moment i realized what i had gotten myself into, i plunged into acute depression for about a month before i got in touch with a team that helped me recoup my loss, i didn’t even think it was possible i just had to send a mail to ( alexivictimhelps @ mail . com ) as i was directed by someone i confided. If i wasn’t lucky enough to have gotten that information, i am sure they would have easily gotten away with ruining me financially

I tried to withdraw money from my account for nearly three months, but they kept telling me it was "processing." Seriously, how long does it take to process? There’s no trusting a company that holds onto your money, promises it'll arrive shortly, and three months later, you’re still empty-handed. Losing money to online banking is too rampant these days, and scammers are getting more intelligent. I went to Metrobank Trece branch since they are the chosen bank of the company I applied for for to process my paychecks. The teller was very helpful as he was not sure about the documentation needed since I am dual and my Philippine Passport still has my maiden name, but still he assisted me and helped me get started with the processing and told me to just make sure to process any additional documents I may need to submit in the future. However the place seems to be under renovation, the outside looks like it may have debris falling and there are poles that if hit the wrong way looks like can break and fall and might hurt people. The tellers can also improve on their customer service, they were helpful but can have more focus on the clients on front of them as it shows a little unprofessional being on the phone with someone else handling something that has nothing to do with what the client needs or talking about something else when the clients are upfront waiting for the process to be over. Just a little bit more of professionalism and to focus more on the client will be highly appreciated I'm sure not just by me but by other clients as well. I might be back to process more documentation and hopefully the service and the place will be better by then.

They state that you can make deposits and withdrawals, but I can personally verify that this is never the case. The plan is to stop people from withdrawing their money after making a deposit, not to enable them to do so. Nothing is likely to be done, even if I brought the matter to the notice of the authorities. I was the victim of an investment scam, so I know how they operate and what it's like to lose a sizable sum of money to scammers. Please proceed with caution and stay away from them. Please report, file, and confer with CONCEPTSTRD without delay. They offered me the best chance to get my money back, and it was well worth it.
