“Awful service . If you can please avoid . It’s the 4th time that I am left waiting for the bus to find out that te bus is not running because of the track and trace . “Got the 10 from crawley bus station, more than 10 people were already standing up, I'm trying to cling onto the pole for dear life with a bag for my laptop and bag for all my college books, stand backwards so I can't see where I'm going, only about 1/4 of the people in the bus were wearing masks, smelt like weed too”
“Metrobus route 100 to Maidenbower. I waited for 30 minutes and neither of the 2 buses that were supposed to stop at Povey Cross Road showed up. No explanation whatsoever. It is a week day and unless they changed schedules yesterday, this should not have happened. I purposefully planed to take 1 bus before the one I actually needed, accounting for things like thia happening. I don't understand what I am missing here. Drivers are good and courteous usually, my problem is that I never know if I will be able to arrive to work on time. I'll walk if I can from now onwards.”
“Been taking Metrobus for 5 years. Probably encountered 2 polite drivers in that time (which I always give a tip to because that’s rare). They also have a tendency of driving the bus before giving you the chance to even get close to your seat. However, it gets your from point A to point B, not at a high price”
“Took the bus today from Manor Royal central this afternoon around 16:30 towards Maidenbower (100) and would have left without my AirPods which dropped to the floor whilst getting on the bus. Driver was kind enough to notice and notify me. Not an easy job dealing with public all day and working long hours. “At East Grinstead at 14.10. 270 unmanned there. Another '270 to Haywards Heath' arrived. Driver waved me away as it then left 'Not In Service '. The original one left 40 minutes later.”

“Oh and now I’ve just actually got onto a bus, this bus is the most filled up bus out of off them with currently 25 people inside of it including me, check your cctv and see for yourself. Complete disregard to social distancing. I could of got on 4 of the buses previously and still had less passengers in it than this. Sort it out! I’m not paying Almost £1000 a year to have a awful service, with no regard to publics health where if we was able to get on of the previous buses that had less passengers it would have been far safer for everyone.”
“I have been waiting currently for a bus for 1 hour on South Gate Avenue central, I’ve had 7 buses stop and let people out but won’t let anyone in the buses because they are full! How the hell are they full if you are letting people out! Because how does that make sense! You should either have extra buses running at this time or as soon as someone gets off a bus people are allowed to go in! If that happens again I will know where to come back for my refund because that’s disgusting.”
“Thank you to driver 58 on the square peg bus service from Leeds - Colton , I had no cash just contactless but had no idea the number 9 didn't have an upgraded contactless machine so the kind gentleman dropped me in crossgates free of charge! “I pay for a monthly ticket I’m a student so it comes to £50 a month . Almost everyday the bus doesn’t even turn up so I have to wait for the next one ! I have tried emailing Metrobus to complain and they never reply . I’ve also tried contacting them for a refund of this months ticket as I havnt used it due to lockdown and they haven’t replied once again and it’s been 2 weeks .”
