The shipping was delayed, stated 1 day then kept receiving emails regarding delay in shipping. still waiting on item

I get feed back from you that states we have points to use towards new purchases but I never see a spot where we can request the points be applied!

Hello Penny, To redeem points online, please be sure you are signed in with the email you place orders. At checkout, select how many points you would like to redeem using the slider bar. Click on the "redeem" button to apply those points as a cash discount to your cart. Every 100 points are equivalent to cash savings of $1. Difficult to use separate "Bill to" address to use business credit card, but have a different shipping address, our home, which is a lot safer and shippers always arrive at office too early!

If unable to, it could mean your cart has an item dropshipping from a manufacturer that only ships to the billing address for security reasons; medical equipment and supplies are sometimes restricted to specific addresses to prevent access to the general public.
