“The customer service is just okay. I had a doppler stop working only 3 months after purchase but they dont pick up the phone so, I just bought another one. The purchasing online is straightforward and easy. The shipping takes about 1 week, which is fine.”

“Don’t waste your time and money. The delivery dates are never correct and when you try to reach out to customer service, no one answers the calls I don’t want to give you a call back if I were you I will try another company.”

“After emailing my tax-exempt card, I received a response much quicker than expected. The website is very user-friendly! I was happy to receive a code to redeem 5% off my order just for creating an account.”

“I realized I needed a number of items to start my foot and nail care business. MFI seemed to have the majority of what I was looking for. They also had the best selection and price for the vascular doppler I was looking for.”
