“I'm still waiting on my sales tax refund on my order. So far no one wants to provide any answers as to the sales tax exempt status. The order has already been processed but the taxes haven't been removed. I would think the sales team would let us know before they process and start to ship the order. No really impressed”

“The ordering app keeps you running in circles, didn't know when or if the order went thru after I went out of the app I knew it didn't because they sent an email saying it did not. I complete the order and then waiting for an email that they received it and when it will ship.”
