“They are reliable and product is always as described but delivery times are soooooo slow, and the delivery estimate is always incorrect. Otherwise it would be 5 stars!”

“Every person that I have spoken to at MFI regarding my purchase of new medical equipment and sale of my used equipment has been polite, professional, patient and truly helpful with every aspect of the purchase. “Very good customer service. The information about the product was very complete and made it easy to select the machine that would fit with what we need. Only thing I am not happy with is that we get too many confusing emails about placing an order and payment after getting the confirmation emails.”
