I thought I was purchasing the full otoscope, however, it was only the otoscope attachment. The picture for the otoscope was misleading as it shows the otoscope and handle combined (the main product picture). When I looked back at the description of the product I purchased, it does say that the handle is not included but only after you put it in the cart (I didn't notice until after I received and opened it). The return policy says that they don't accept returns that have been opened and that they dispose of items that don't meet return requirements. I didn't feel comfortable returning the product because I felt that I would be throwing away $200. On a positive note, the product was competitively priced. I think the product picture should be of what you will actually receive.

Hello Cherie, Thank you for your honest feedback. We're sorry to hear you felt misled by one of our product listings. The product you ordered has several options, and certain ones include the handle, so the first picture provided shows both parts. When you select the option for just the otoscope attachment, the picture will change to show the photo of what you will receive. We have also added to the dropdown "Power Handle Not Included" when you select the option. We will escalate this product listing to our Content team so they can work on making the website clearer. Hello Mark, Thank you for making us aware! We see here on your account that on October 1st, 500 points were redeemed as a $5 off coupon. That coupon has a status of “unused.” You may use that code by copying it and entering it at checkout, or we can cancel that coupon and refund the points back to your account. Your account manager will be reaching out to see which method you prefer! If you ever have an issue with your points, you may find the rewards widget on our website in the bottom left corner (be sure to be signed in to your account). Click on “Your Rewards” at the top to see all rewards redeemed on your account. You can see past used points (issued as personalized discount codes) as well as unused codes you may have redeemed at checkout but abandoned. Placed an order and did not receive product. I called MFI and was told that it was delivered but they would check out the case and see if it was stolen. They never called me back. i will try to see if they will make the transaction right. the mask Iordered are the best but they don't do me much good if i can't get them.

very hard to reach someone to order and/or ask questions. didnt want to order before checking a few things out could never get anyone and when did for only one question very untimely response

I tried calling your company while processing this order since I needed to take the taxes off but no one answered. I have submitted my resale certificate via email. I hope you guys refund me the taxes.

I ordered equipment and it was substituted for stuff I would have NEVER ordered. Now I am trying to get the stuff that I initially ordered. Just got of the 2nd phone call and I am still tracking my stuff.
