It took over a month for this item to be delivered. However, I like the chair. It is sturdy and easy to clean.

Products are good. The freight charge being almost as much as the product is ridiculous and needs to be reduced or risk losing orders. Occupy that with a month for delivery after you order isn’t something I would consider great service.

ordering was easy, price was ok, but I have yet to receive an email confirming my purchase which kind of concerns me

Shopping was good. Very hard to get in touch with anyone about products. Still waiting 2 weeks for responses on questions and emails. Need better access to calling and talking to people.

The customer service is just okay. I had a doppler stop working only 3 months after purchase but they dont pick up the phone so, I just bought another one. The purchasing online is straightforward and easy. The shipping takes about 1 week, which is fine.

The ordering app keeps you running in circles, didn't know when or if the order went thru after I went out of the app I knew it didn't because they sent an email saying it did not. I complete the order and then waiting for an email that they received it and when it will ship.
