I had a very bad service experience with MGI. The latch of one of the rear wheels got stuck and It was not possible to remove the wheel. I could not find a technical adviser for days. Finally, I talked to a manager who indicated I should use a gear puller. I had to buy one and I finally removed the wheel. I had to order a replacement as the wheel got damaged when using the tool. The new wheel does not fit well on the axe. I had to hammer it in, which makes future lubrication impossible. Bad wheel design and bad service.

Order on 2/16 and I still haven't received the battery. Sent a few emails to MGI but I get no response. Maybe you could help me?

The bag zipper has already broke. I use. The battery compartment has ripped and is now unusable. I would recommend a different bag or find a duffel bag to transport your unit. This bag is not worth the price!

I purchased a new Navigator All Terrain Motorised Golf Buggy at Christmas time, I lost the USB cable on the golf course, for charging my remote. So I emailed your customer support, and I was told to order a replacement through your website, I would think after spending over $2000 on a buggy, that your customer would send me one out at no. charge. I am disappointed with the outcome. Regards Daryl

The replacement battery does not hold a charge. Customer service has been atrocious. I'm using the same equipment I've used to charge the original battery. It shows a full charge, and dies within 2 and a half hours. My cart battery lasts ~54 holes. My remote battery barely lasts 9.

Very disappointing. I ordered the X5 assuming that it had a Remote Control (why would you want it to move by itself without a remote control?). I contacted support services. They told me I would have to pay for mailing to return it. They did not mention a $300 repackaging fee, until after I had mailed it back. My intention was to order one of your carts, with a Remote Control. Not sure if I will now after taking a big hit out of my wallet.

The speed control switch I purchase was incorrect for my modal MGI and I had to consult my local supplier and purchase a second correct controller. If you sell spare parts please be clear which modal MGI they are suitable for.

Does not Fit MG1 Cart. When selecting to order does not clearly specify that. No call tag issued Had to send it back and pay freight out of pocket.

We bought two - one for myself and one for my husband. We could not get them to work with either of our walking bags. Even with the adaptor, neither bag fits securely on the MGI cart. The top of each bag still falls below the upper arms of the MGI. We were very disappointed - especially given the $80 we spent.
