MGI people I talked to were great. Wheel was a very snug fit. At first I could not get it on to the axle. I heated wheel with hair dryer but that didn’t work. Next I wiped axle with alcohol and then with a very fine sand paper. I finally got it on with the help of a rubber mallet. Looks nice and cart works nicely.

Overall satisfaction is very high. Backup batteries are not often available if at all on the website.

The best company I’ve dealt with! First off, I love the cart. Easy to control. I like the option of controlling the cart from the handle. Well built. Easy to collapse. Why is the company the best? I purchased my cart online a couple days before the Black Friday sale (therefore paid more). The company refunded me the sales difference. What company would do that. Customer for life!

The young lady I spoke with told me what to do and how to diagnose the problem. It works like a charm now. Probably will be ordering a new remote. I assume it's battery will need replacing. After 3.5+ years the car is working without a hitch.

My Zip Navigator stopped working. After several emails to the service team the problem was uncovered - the motor controller. The part was not covered by the 3 year warrenty (It was 3 1/2 yrs ). A replacement part was sent by MGI. MGI had a YouTube video on how to replace it. I did it myself! Cart fixed!

Customer Service is outstanding. I lost my remote and a new one was shipped right away. Then the club found my original remote, so I requested a return. Without question they sent an RMA and refunded my payment. Michelle was in constant contact with me. Thank you.

Thought we had “lost” my wife’s MGI Quad to early onset dementia. Fortunately, as the MGI rep suggested, it was a bad remote. Now the new remote is not cheap but it fixed the problem. Better than a new $1300 cart. My wife can’t live without her “Rosie” ( robot maid in the Jetsons).

I placed the order for these replacement wheels late on a Friday. They arrived one week later, as shipping did not occur until sometime on Monday. They actually delivered to the wrong address, but that may have been my fault when filling out information. (I live on a circle and they delivered on the other side of the circle. Might have accidentally selected a very similar, but wrong, address.) I was able to track the package down minutes after notification of delivery. Wheels needed to be replaced due to an accident with the cart, not due to anything functionally wrong or worn out with the cart or the wheels. Customer service was very helpful. If you have to deal with MGI service, expect it to go well. This is the 3rd time I have had to call and have been very satisfied with the interaction each time. Well done MGI.
