“Excellent interaction with the support team at MGI. They helped me figure out what was wrong with my golf caddie. I ordered this part and at their suggestion watched a you-tube video as to installing it myself. Easy as removing 4 screws and reinstalling. As a 75 year old female, I am so pleased to be back to walking and golfing.”

“Have bought several items that came from this company. From a motorized golf bag carrier to a simple bolt. Also, their service department took a problem i had and helped me through it. Am very pleased with ya'll and highly recommend you. thanks, lewis hubbard”

“Very responsive. Just wish there was an on/off switch for the battery. The only way to stop the battery from discharging is to remove it. Not very convenient. The Stewart models have an on/off battery switch.”

“Good brand reputation and seems popular in our club. I acquired this buggy from a friend and rear drive slips/clicks which affects performance. Initial service by local rep did not fix the issue. Is this common?”
